A Little personal note about me!

Having lived and worked in Los Angeles/South Bay for 25 years, I understand what makes our community and the people who call it home so special. From annual celebrations, community fairs, excellent school districts, city requirements prior to selling, etc., the South Bay is a special place that I am proud to call home. That is what it takes to truly be a local real estate expert. It is not just expertise in negotiation and marketing, but love and understanding of our community and the people who live here.

I can relate first-hand to the importance of a school district and how one or two streets can make a difference in the opportunity for our kids to go to a certain school and in some cases the use of the Allen Bill to make it work. Experience and knowledge are just some of the reasons to choose me to stand by your side. However, in my service and commitment, I strive to go beyond expectations as that is the foundation of everything I do:  Services, Integrity, and Progress.
