Carmenza Adams, Founder, Owner, and broker brings a unique value proposition to her clients, rooted in her core values of Customer focus, Integrity, respect, innovation, and collaboration. Her humble origins in Colombia instilled in her a deep appreciation for the importance of family and home, as well as the memories created within them. Facing foreclosure at a young age and coming to America, where homeownership is an achievable dream for many, fueled her passion to advocate for affordable housing, especially for moderate-income families. Carmenza has assisted hundreds of families in achieving this goal and remains a dedicated advocate for accessible housing. Carmenza firmly believes that housing is a fundamental human right, and by prioritizing it, we can address numerous societal challenges, including homelessness, safety, education, employment, and crime among others. Carmenza holds a Bachelor of Business degree and has a profound passion for art, history, and the dynamic cultures of the world. Carmenza is proficient in Spanish and takes great pride in being a citizen of one of the world's two most captivating countries. She also derives immense joy from being the mother of a talented cellist and composer.
